AVAPROT — proprietary proteomic mining.

AVAPROT is our in-house pipeline for mining vascular and tissue proteomes at scale. It takes raw mass-spec output and turns it into a clean, structured, machine-readable atlas of the accessible proteins — the fuel every AVATAR model runs on.

02 · Model layer

AI trained on real biology.

Our scoring models are trained on 20+ years of in-vivo-validated data, not just public databases. That's why an AVATAR score means a target you can physically reach in the body — not just one that shows up in a spreadsheet.

03 · Validation loop

A wet lab is our fact-checker.

Cavatar runs a full in-house biology stack: antibody generation, analytical QC, SPECT/CT imaging, and intravital microscopy. Top-ranked targets are validated end-to-end — the platform's predictions get corrected by biology, not the other way around.
